first show today- A very good day

If when I get to the yard nancy and the lorry are still in 1 piece.
fingers crossed. I am bricking it not been to a show for 2 years and neither has Nancy- I feel just to come back in 1 piece will be good.

updated - she was a little star all day. We got 1st in the M&M inhand and 2nd in the large breeds ridden. We had to miss the inhand championships because it clashed with the ridden M&M but I was soooo pleased with Nancy. in the inhand she was the only non-welsh and she just didn't put a foot wrong. In the ridden she did find the going very hard, and it was very windy so she was slightly unsettled but she did herself and mum and myself proud. photo's to follow soon as mum uploads them. ;D

That's a fantastic result - WELL DONE!!!!

I'm so pleased that Nancy was placed above the Welshies - it's so often the case that the judges know more about the more common breeds and ignore the Dales isn't it?

Has the damage to Nancy's hoof grown out now?

yup its all grown out now- the hoof is still a bit of an odd shape if you stare too closely. Saw rachel and bethany at the show too so we had a good ole catch up.
