Just got back, had a lovely day as usual, weather was kind and company the best!!!

Thanks to Jess, Sue, Sue, and Dave for all their hard work.

Dorothy wasnt her self today really, in fact she was a little above herself and got a bit irrate and disunited in canter, so its the back lady for her next week to check all is well. She didnt like the flies and wouldnt settle so I had to come home before my ridden class. All tacked up I was and ready! Nikki had brought her wonderful tall steps, but Verity was really worried she would do something silly and dump me so I will have to save my showing class for another day.

Wonderful pics - thanks for posting them. Dorothy looks stunning and Verity seems to be enjoying her antics! Wow, hasn't Bridget changed - Verity has done a fabulous job on her. I love that last pic of you and Dorothy - says it all!

COOL!!! Southern Breed Show pics!!!! I've been waiting for these, Khristyne

Gosh, there are so many good pics to look through ~ and loads of smiling happy facing. ;D So lovely to see Kim and Nick again. And look at Jazz and Sarah...they're wonderful together And Jazz looks so so matured now. Time flies !

LOL...loved that pic of Sue and Dave ~ and Dave's little piggy ;D That's pretty cute!! "When pigs fly" springs to mind I do hope your wrist is healing well for you Sue

And look at Bridgette!!! Verity's down a fab job with her. You can tell she adores her mummy I think my favorite pic, though is the one of you giving Dorothy a big kiss She certainly can't help having an off day, and what a fantastic mummy you are not to push it, and wanting to be sure she's not in pain afterall You're right, there will be other shows.

Thanks Debbie, wrist isn't too bad, cast should hopefully come off next week!

You just be ultra careful not to overdo it when the cast comes off. The support won't be there, and its very easy to set all that healing back with a tweak of the wrist. LOL...I'll take my 'mommy' hat off now ;D

Awwwhhh...don't beat yourself up I had to get creative with my exercising when I sprained my ankle earlier this year (stupid skunks!! )

They really work for aerobics!! I'm always skeptical about these sorts of things, but it really delivered the aerobic workout I needed without the possibilty of reinjuring my ankle.

I'd say if you're at all yearning to muck out a stable after the cast comes off, be sure to brace it but good with a decent bandage.
