Enough for 4....
4 chicken breast fillets 8 fl oz double cream some chopped mushrooms (if you want) salt and pepper to taste multigrain mustard if you want
Brown the chicken fillets to seal. Smear some mustard over them if you want to Place in an ovenproof dish , add the cream, turn the fillets to totally cover them with cream add the chopped mushrooms add some salt and pepper to taste
Cover and cook at 180 for about an hour, turning the breasts once.
Lovely served with new potatoes and carrots.
