i rang Michael too. He is getting everyone at Castle to look about as well! Some of those drivers get a long way in a day.

update on the description from my friend who had it stolen........
it has SHOW TEAM sign written on the rear ramp.
it also has a SCRATCH / PAINT missing down the near side of the lorry where the thieves scraped it down another wagon parked near to it .
if you are offered a brand new jumping saddle or long leather boots CHEAP......be suspicious as these were on board this lorry when it was stolen.

Will keep eyes peeled. Wouldn't it be quicker to phone the police if we spot it? Just a thought....do you have a phone number for the station that is dealing with it?

It's unlikely to turn up away up here, not enough buyers but I'll keep an eye.
Reckon it'll be getting a respray soon though......
Beggars, what makes them think they have the right to do this sort of thing? makes my blood boil

As you will see from Karen's new thread, our mutual friends box has been found!
Thank you everyone for reading this and hopefully the police will track down the culprits. It seems they have used this lane before to "hide" boxes in as a collection point, but we can only surmise what has been going on at the moment.
We all need to be vigilant though and this makes you realised we are all vulnerable.
