Hi everybody that lives in the Wrexham ( N. Wales area).  There is a white van that turned up on a yard. 3 men were in van, asking for any " scrap"!! They were eyeing up a friends trailer, whilst trying to distract her !!    Just be extra security conscious of your trailers please. She didn't get the reg no of van unfortunately. Thanks for the heads up, I'm not too far from Wrexham. We always get 'men in white vans' asking for scrap, I've had several different ones since we moved here! I hate it when they drive onto the yard but hopefully the sight of my three dogs (inc. GSD) puts them off.

Our local Bobbie said always take the number and phone and tell the police.
If anything gets nicked they can check on the van and if the same one gets reported a few times they check things out.
Often the van gets lent to the potential robber by his mate!
We get them down here on a day trip from Manchester!
Also always best to keep your road gate shut as it deters opportunists driving in and out quickly for a nosey!
Isn't it a sad society we live in?!
