Pictures from another day's hunting yesterday

You're right, we have become hooked! Here's a few pictures of us out with our local pack yesterday. Jay was VERY excitable to start off with, but it was quite windy which does tend to liven him up a bit. How do you think he's looking?











We had a great day. I did manage to fall off...i got my weight too far forward over a jump, but got back on and we jumped ok after that. Though I'll definitely need to consider a bit change for next season. He was sooooo strong for the 1st hour I struggled to hold him at times!

He looks very up for it! ;D He looks in great condition, lovely boy . Glad you are enjoying the hunting - I'd love to take Saturn, but it would have to be a hunt with no jumps LOL! Plus not sure he'd keep up the pace, he doesn't have a lot of stamina

He's looking fabulous! In fact, you both look good! I knew you'd get hooked - it really is tremendous fun isn't it? I find horses are stronger and more excitable on the second and third outing because they know what to expect but then they tend to settle down. So you probably won't find Jay overly strong once he gets into the swing of it.

Well done both of you - I'm insanely jealous!

You look fabulous, what a great day you had. I took my pony out for the first time last week thinking it would be the first and last time I went but I am out on Saturday with the North COtts on ahirling. Won't be the same but Dales are such brill 4 wheel drivers! Hope you are not toostiff?
