Portsmouth firefighters were baffled when they were called out to rescue a horse stuck up to his knee's in mud.
11 firefighters, 2 fire engines, a multi role vehicle, a rural officer and a fire officer turned out to perform the rescue
until they realised it was a pony with short legs
