Julie has just rung me as she wanted to report an "incident" they had just had to me.
Magic was being ridden round the gallops and Julie heard a bit of a commotion coming from near D's field. So they went rushing down to find D backing up to the fence, weeing like mad, in rip roaring season and poor Magic doing his best to get to her!
So methinks the prostaglandin injection may well have worked! I'm hoping the scan will show the corpus luteum gone and a ripening follicle! I'm getting more hopeful now!

i think that after D teasing him every other day for 5 weeks he thought he would take the offer.just as well we have double fences and a competent rider although gill was quite warm when we got to her lol

Its just fab news, Magic will get his lucky day with her all being well someday soon as he's been admiring the beautiful bay mare and not been allowed near her as yet so he will be a happy lad!
Fingers crossed all goes well tomorrow with the scan!
