Phew! Thank goodness he has found the milk bar!! I am sure he will feel a lot better with a full tummy, and so will Amy when he relieves her of some of that milk. And of course it must be a massive relief to you, Lucy, after the day you have had.

Sorry for the long wait am doing battle with photobucket now.
Nice but Dim is still drinking for England and Amy is really chilled. Huge sigh!
We found her afterbirth and it all seems to be there and a flat pancake of putty (LOL!) so that's put my mind at rest. What a brill mummy!

lol is that the Hippomane Lucy? Think thats what its called, like putty. Apparently its meant to be very lucky to find them but our vets are obsessed with telling us we need to dry them and keep them as paperweights! Yuck!!

Bugger!
The hippo-thingy is well wrapped in triple dustbinbags as there were more flies eggs on the afterbirth than you could shake a stick at! I don't fancy trying to retrieve it now!
