What a wonderful pony she is turning out to be Gill. No wonder you are thrilled with her. Wish I had been with you and Lesley! It's lovely up there.

Had another riding club lesson tonight, when I was due to bring Cherry in it was peeing down and blowing a gale . She must be getting wise to work as she walked off LOL! But it was only a token resistance, and I caught her no bother. When I got to the college there was no-one else there and I thought I had got the wrong day - but I thought I'd go in anyway. I rode Cherry in the huge indoor school on her own, she was so good! She did make some attempts to go out of the doors lol, but nothing major. Luckily it was the right day, the instructor was late! I had a three quarter hour lesson with two others, Cherry was VERY forward going and I finally got the correct canter lead along with a huge buck , I think she finds that rein difficult as she's quite unbalanced on it. Anyhow another productive session, she loaded again in the dark into a dark lorry - what a good girlie ;D ;D Her feisty attitude makes her a fun ride for me (so long as the bucking doesn't get out of hand! ;D).

Well done Gill! Loading in the dark is no mean feat - what a star Cherry is proving to be. Sounds like the ralley went well but rather you than me with the bucking! ;D

I was thinking the same Pam....there are so many veteran horses that would have been telling you to 'stuff it' trying to load in the dark! She's doing you proud Gill!!!! All your hard work is really paying off with her
