One's more interested in getting his kn*b out than the other, Zelda! ROFL Luce - you crease me up!! Nothing like starting the day with a laugh. Hope Steve is feeling better this morning....and it sounds like Tim is finding ways to take his mind off missing the milkbar! LOL

All quiet on the western front! Amy's bag is going down quickly and she doesn't seem to have been too uncomfortable either. She has been being fed Sage for a couple of weeks now which is supposed to reduce milk production (according to Hilary Self-Page) and it seems to be working a treat! She is more interested in keeping Celt in her place than missing Tim!! I have a funny arrangement, testosterone boys club (with no sensible female influence to keep order) and who can be the biggest kn*b competition at one end of the farm, and oestrogen/PMT/thinking about coming into season fuelled girlie squealing and kicking at the other end! I don't know which lot's worse!! Tim is currently composing a new blog page so he may be let out to come and do that soon!!

I had a 43 year old mare winking at me tonight! Thankfully she only seems to come into season a couple of times a year now. I can imagine how your young and active mares are Lucy!!
Looking forward to Tim's next blog - and hope Steve is on the mend too.

I'm so glad things have settled down ...or at least morphed into something different with Tim. Weaning's the pits. I think Rescue Remedy could have been used, or the nearest bottle I bet its interesting at your house with all the hormones fairly raging. Are you giving Amy the year off? Oooh, your poor OH Is it a sinus infection that's gotten him under the weather? Inflammation in the head's nothing to be fooling about with. I sure hope he mends quickly

He's well insured!! LOL! OH not Tim!!! Could be a dodgy tooth. Blood test back tomorrow, I didn't think of rescue remedy (durrr!) Trollie-Pollie is having this year off (she has RIBS!!) and may well do her and CC next year if I think I can do it again! Fools breed ponies for wise men to buy ......... if the breeder is not too stupid to sell them!!! I think we have a one way gate here!!!!

;D Are you turning into a collector then Lucy? I know some people who got into Fell ponies, and she was waxing poetic on when she could call herself a breeder. Her husband didn't skip a beat.... "When you finally sell one!"

I have friends who would gladly give their kids away!! We know a couple who said they could never divorce as their would be a horrible cusyody battle over the kids.........as neither of them wanted them!! LOL! Kids were teenage!
Back to Doc's and Steve has a tooth abscess, so off to dentists, it's a cracked tooth right down the root so may have to come out. He's on ABs for the time being, poor lad, the non drinking sort, disaster!!!
