I was just wondering who would be there to see Pip & I make our one (and only I think) comedy entry at this Years Performance Show.  I'm going to stay with Alison (tinkerdorisalison) for a few days each side of the show so I've run out of valid excuses not to enter .  I've just got the Schedule, haven't filled it out yet. I think we're going to "attempt" Novice dressage (not even looked at the test yet!), Handy Pony & Novice jumping.  Please come & say hello to us. I'll be the panic-stricken woman with the Dales pony standing on her foot (again!)  |

Looking forward to seeing you and can't wait to finally meet Pip. We're going up in Tanya's lorry with 3 ponies hopefully - Harvey, Dolly and Dan.

I'l be there - spectator only, mind. Probably with my friend again.
More than happy to call dressage tests if anyone needs help like that. We do particularly enjoy dressage.
We'll be the ones clucthing chips, sloe gin (hopefully Maggie will be selling some again?) and a fat jack russel and quite probably shivering too if I remember last year correctly.

We won't be shivering this year - I've put in a request for a fine, warm day (ho ho).
I'll be there writing for the dressage judge, so will get to SEE everyone even if I don't get chance to talk much. Hopefully that'll come later in the day.
Chips and sloe gin - oh yessssss!

I'll be there hopefully with Rory if he decides it's acceptable to work again as he's currently on the sick list. I'll probably have at least one shiba in tow to do the horse and hound. |

Kia and Mattie will both be entered for - well, just everything! I think one of them might take the award for the best comedy turn  Both will be ridden by a Nic, but different ones. My Nic will be on Kia and Mattie will be partnered by Nic Eminson. I'm really looking forward to it. Have a look for the new competition, a friend of mine has suggested and sponsored a Combined Training competition and has got a fab trophy for it. You don't have to do anything extra, just enter and your dressage and jumping scores will be carried to the CT. It's going to be a great day, especially as Sue has ordered sun! See you all there  . |

I'll be there in some form, not sure with or without a pony (happy to steward if without Lucy), depends on Flora really and if she's ready as Rosie is busy that weekend elsewhere. I may also be contributing to the comedy award.....

sloe gin (hopefully Maggie will be selling some again?) Before Customs and Excise cart Maggie off, I think you'll find Maggie was giving the sloe gin away and the delighted recipients were making generous donations to the RDA (which is very close to Maggie's heart). I certainly enjoyed mine, and Maggie's evil chilli chutney, not for the faint hearted though! I am planning on bringing Celt this year to have a go at the Novice, but if Nic and Mattie are coming I might wait til next year seeing how well they did at Bakewell, or bounce them into the Intermediate (oh the power, evil laugh!! ;D ) |
