Ok, hope I've done the right thing in telling Linda all this... many thanks. I think it will help to reassure her if D doesn't produce immediately. She is starting to slacken a little around the vulva...is this also very gradual? (Sorry to keep asking questions, but neither Linda or I have had experience like this before!)

LOL at the photo - you'd have got a shock if a foot or a nose had appeared Linda!!! I have no idea, having never bred horses, but sheep can have milk up to a week before. 'It'll come when it's cooked' as an old farmer said to me

i cant see magic holding her hoof as hes more of a "see you" sort of guy More of a foal heat " Fancy a Sh**" sort of guy! Tim would be there for you D, but sadly he has lost two vital ingredients! just push, love ....................... when Linda's not looking!!!
